We supported New Murabba in defining its ESG pillars to realize its vision of becoming the world's most sustainable downtown. Through a comprehensive assessment, we identified five strategic impact areas— renewable energy, water management, biodiversity, mobility, and circularity—where the project could deliver substantial and distinctive value. Our approach combined science-based forecasting of future environmental and social impacts with an evaluation of the project's commitment level, including investment allocations and the ambition embedded in its KPIs.

In parallel, we developed a compelling sustainability narrative that encapsulates the project's bold aspirations, highlighting its potential to drive technological innovation and redefine the urban lifestyle model for future generations.
